Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of ClariPage, made by The Wildbrook Company LLC ("Wildbrook," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

ClariPage is currently in a free testing period. Some of these terms describe how things will work once that changes; we'll update this page and notify account holders before any change takes effect.

1.Who this agreement is with

You must be 18 or older to create a ClariPage account. Accounts are held by parents and guardians. Children use the app through a parent's account and under that parent's supervision. A child does not separately agree to these terms, and no part of the app is intended to be used by a child without a parent present on the account.

If you are agreeing on behalf of yourself as a parent or guardian, "you" in these terms means you.

2.What ClariPage does

ClariPage lets you photograph a page of handwritten notes and generates study notes, diagrams, and flashcards from it. Generated material is stored in your account. Captured photographs are processed and then discarded. They are not stored.

Details of what is and isn't collected are in the ClariPage Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

3.The testing period

ClariPage is currently offered free, to a limited group of testers, for the purpose of trying the app and giving feedback. During this period:

• We may change, break, remove, or reset features without notice.
• We do not promise the app will be available at all times, or that data will never be lost. Back up anything you care about elsewhere.
• We may end your access to the test at any time, for any reason, including simply ending the test itself.

If ClariPage becomes a paid product, current testers will be told before any charge applies, and nothing will be billed without your agreement at that time.

4.Your account

You're responsible for the email address and password on your account, and for anything that happens through it. Tell us right away at support@wildbrooktech.com if you think someone else has access to your account.

You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ClariPage for anything illegal, or to violate anyone else's rights.
• Try to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or systems behind the app.
• Upload material you don't have the right to upload, or material that is abusive, obscene, or harmful.
• Interfere with the operation of the service, including attempting to bypass usage limits.

We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

6.Your content

You keep ownership of the pages you photograph and anything you write. By using ClariPage, you give us permission to process that content, including sending it to our AI provider, for the sole purpose of generating your study notes, diagrams, and flashcards, and to store the generated results in your account.

The study notes ClariPage generates are yours to use for your own studying. We don't claim ownership of them.

7.Accuracy of generated content

ClariPage uses AI to interpret handwriting and generate study material. It can misread a page, omit something, or get a fact wrong, the same way any tool built on AI can.

ClariPage is a study aid, not a substitute for the original notes, the textbook, or the teacher. Encourage your child to check generated notes against the source material, particularly before a test.

8.Service providers

ClariPage relies on outside services to work, including an AI provider to generate notes, a database to store accounts and content, and an email provider to send account messages. These are listed in the Privacy Policy. We choose these providers carefully, but we don't control their systems directly, and an outage or change on their end can affect ClariPage.

9.Intellectual property

ClariPage, the app, its design, its name, and its underlying software, belongs to Wildbrook. These terms don't give you any ownership in it. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app itself.

10.Disclaimer of warranties

ClariPage is provided "as is," especially during this testing period. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wildbrook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClariPage, including lost data or lost study time. Our total liability for any claim relating to ClariPage is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which, during the free testing period, is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

12.Ending your access

You can stop using ClariPage and close your account at any time with Delete account in the app, or by emailing support@wildbrooktech.com. We can suspend or end your access if you violate these terms, or end the testing program generally with notice where reasonably possible.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 6, 9, 10, and 11, continue to apply after your account is closed.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ClariPage develops, particularly as it moves out of testing. We'll post the change here and update the date at the top. For changes that meaningfully affect your rights or how the app works, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of ClariPage will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you agree to that venue.
